Projects & professional activities
kaes.at
In 2002, I had the idea of making cheese available to cheese lovers directly from farmers at the click of a mouse. After many hours of programming and visits to cheesemakers, my online shop launched in November 2002.
Today, alongside mountain cheese from the Bregenzerwald, we offer a wide range of Austrian and international cheeses and food specialities. We source most of our products directly from the producers. You can find us in our online shop and at markets in Vienna.
Onvara Intelligence
With Onvara Intelligence, we show businesses what is publicly visible about them on the internet and where potential attack surfaces may arise. We use publicly available information, without accessing internal systems.
AI supports our research and analysis. People review the findings, put them into context and explain them clearly, with a balanced assessment and concrete next steps.
Computing at TGM
I have taught computing at TGM Vienna since September 2001. Most of my teaching is in Business Informatics within the Department of Industrial Engineering.
My subjects include programming, particularly Python and PHP, databases and project management. My aim is to make connections clear and encourage independent thinking.
Medical Physics
My research focused on developing methods for magnetic resonance spectroscopy and diffusion imaging. I worked on improving and combining imaging techniques to characterise biological tissue more precisely.
In clinical research, I focused particularly on breast cancer diagnosis and the development of image analysis methods. The results were published in journals including Radiology.
